Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. As a user of the Combat Silat Online Learning Center you agree not to copy, download, share, or distribute the information found on any page of the website or hosting website.
  2. All materials remain the sole property of Combat Silat and Sean Stark.
  3. It is against our policy to provide your login materials to any other individual and will result in your immediate termination from the Online Learning Course and the Combat Silat website.
  4. Completion of the Online Learning Courses does NOT give you any right to rank within the Pencak Silat Pertempuran or Combat Silat.
  5. Additional requirements must be met in order to receive any rank within Combat Silat or Pencak Silat Pertempuran.
  6. Even if agreed upon additional requirements are met, it as at the discretion of Sean Stark whether or not you will receive any rank.
  7. You must contact Guru Sean Stark to make arrangements to be recognized within Pencak Silat Pertempuran for rank.
  8. Completion of the online course does not guarantee your safety or skill as a practitioner of Combat Silat—The Online Course is strictly for your personal education and edification.
  9. Any breach of this agreement will result in immediate forfeiture of any membership, online education course enrollment, and monies paid for access to those materials.
  10. Additional legal action may also result at our discretion for any perceived wrongdoing by yourself or another.
