Picking up where Level 1 left off, this level is the “rest of the story” for head attacks, countering, disrupting, and building a combative body culture.
This course is the first one (of two) to address low attacks to the body. This level is particularly useful for attacks to the liver, spleen, and kidney’s.
Building a disruptive offense is essential to keeping yourself safe. The only thing better than avoiding the fight is taking the lead on offense. Learn the tools you can employ to disrupt an attackers movements.
